MARY WINSTANLEY O'CONNOR
Ms. O'Connor's current practice includes real estate transactions and general litigation with an emphasis on domestic relations, insurance defense litigation and landlord/tenant law. Ms. O'Connor has a significant background in general commercial, construction and dram shop litigation. She also represents several environmental and architectural firms.

Ms. O'Connor is a member of the Massachusetts and American Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Ms. O'Connor was named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in 2004 and 2005, an honor received by only 5% of Massachusetts attorneys.

In addition to her legal pursuits, Ms. O'Connor served as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Arlington, Massachusetts for twelve years, ten of which she served as Chairwoman. She was elected in 2001 to the Board of Assessors for the Town of Arlington . Ms. O'Connor also serves as a trustee of several scholarship committees and was the Arlington School Committee's appointee to the Arlington Educational Enrichment Fund, Inc., a not-for-profit educational foundation, for which she served as President.
