                     KENNETH INGBER
Ken Ingber is a founding principal of Krattenmaker O'Connor & Ingber P.C. Ken's practice includes all aspects of real estate law, including leasing, conveyancing, financing, and developing industrial, commercial, and residential property, as well as associated environmental issues. His projects have included development of retail shopping centers, industrial parks, quick lube and car wash facilities, residential subdivisions, and entertainment complexes; and leasing for over one million square feet of industrial, commercial, and retail space. Ken's practice also includes civil litigation and general business law. A diverse practice representing corporations and individuals, buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and employers and employees gives Ken a broad perspective when advising and representing clients.
In the 1970s, Ken operated his own table manufacturing business in New York. His tables were featured in such stores as Bloomingdales and Door Store. Ken's legal career began as a law clerk for the Massachusetts Superior Court and then as an associate in a large Boston law firm, where he practiced real estate, environmental, bankruptcy, litigation, and general business law. Ken practiced law with the Boston firm of Gaffin Krattenmaker & O'Connor, P.C. for 23 years, where he was a principal, and in 2007 co-founded Krattenmaker O'Connor & Ingber P.C.
